Sweet & Tangy Chicken TNT

Adapted from a Campbell’s Soup recipe – I cooked this the other night and it was a huge hit, even from the newly-fussy teenage eater. I used chicken tenderloins and stretched the sauce for additional servings.

Sweet & Tangy Chicken

  • 6 boneless chicken breasts (or tenderloins)
  • 1 can Campbell’s Condensed Tomato Soup
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Hot cooked rice

Saute chicken until cooked through. While cooking, in a medium bowl combine soup, brown sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire. Add to cooked chicken, turn heat to low, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Serve over hot cooked rice.

Makes 6 servings
