Buffalo Chicken Pizza
If your family didn’t already love you, they will after you serve them this easy and delicious recipe! I made it for my guys last night and it was a huge hit. I made the meat mixture ahead of time, then assembled everything and threw it in the oven – it was ready in minutes. Serve it with a salad and you’ve got dinner!
Buffalo Chicken Pizza
- 1 Boboli prepared pizza shell
- 3/4 to 1 cup creamy blue cheese salad dressing (use what works for you)
- 4 Tb butter, melted
- 4 oz. Frank’s Red Hot Sauce (cayenne pepper sauce)
- 1-1/2 cup cooked chicken, cubed
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Blue cheese crumbles, optional
Preheat oven to 425F. In a medium sized bowl, combine hot sauce and melted butter. Add chicken and stir to combine; set aside.
Place pizza shell on a baking sheet. Spread blue cheese dressing over the crust (like you would with pizza sauce). Sprinkle chicken on top, then sprinkle cheeses on top of chicken. If desired, dot with blue cheese crumbles for extra cheesiness.
Bake in 425F oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into 6 large or 8 medium pieces and serve. Serves 4-6.

We used to serve a pizza like this at Wegmans and was one of the most popular pizzas on our menu. We would use left over rotisserie chicken, kens blue cheese as the base and our buffalo wing sauce.
I also sent a similar recipe as this into the Pillsbury bake off competition a few years ago, but they didn’t respond. Such elitests don’t understand our cherished buffalo wing sauce in upstate NY!
